Blooms Arizona Garlic - a high quality form of garlic produced by a patented process of drying and cold blending which retains the allicin. Allicin is one of the most important active constituents in garlic, normally lost in processing. Arizona Garlic has been found to contain important trace minerals, germanium and selenium, which are often low in Australian soil.
Arizona Garlic is effective in reducing mucus congestion and is beneficial in the relief of symptoms seen with colds and flu, allergies, hay fever and sinusitis.
